How it Works

Energy Efficiency

Reducing energy use in your home saves you money, increases energy security, and reduces the pollution that is emitted from non-renewable sources of energy.

If you are planning to install a small renewable energy system to make your electricity, such as a solar energy system, reducing your electricity loads is the first step because it allows you to purchase a smaller and less expensive system.

Home Energy Assessment

A home energy assessment, also known as a home energy audit, can help you understand the whole picture of your home’s energy use, comfort, and safety.

An assessment can help you determine how much energy your home uses, where your home is inefficient, and which problem areas and fixes you should prioritize to save energy and improve the comfort of your home.

Additionally, the home energy assessment should be your first step before making energy-saving home improvements, as well as before adding a renewable energy system to your home.

The environmental sustainability at Auxano Solar Nigeria Limited refers to their mindfulness of the effect that they have on the environment and natural resources.

As a company and as individuals, they make a conscious effort to produce the smallest environmental impact possible so that we may preserve the quality of life for present and future generations.

Making use of solar energy is a great way to reduce your carbon footprint on the environment.

With the damage that fossil fuels and other non-renewable energy sources are doing to the environment, every measure taken to counter-balance this negative effect is crucial.

Sustainability is an important component of giving back to the environment we all strive to conserve.

Thus, energy-saving solutions should be implemented not only because they’re economically beneficial but sustainable.

Investors & Funding Rounds

Shell-funded impact investment company All On has announced a $1.5m investment in Auxano Solar Nigeria Limited to scale its operations over the next five years.

All On is an independent impact investing company that works with partners to increase access to commercial energy products and services for unserved and underserved off-grid energy markets in Nigeria, with a special focus on the Niger Delta.

All On invests in off-grid energy solutions spanning solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and gas technologies deployed by both foreign and local access-to-energy companies that complement available grid power across Nigeria and help bridge its significant energy gap.

This investment would guarantee the expansion of Auxano’s solar panel assembly capacity by over 50 percent and is a great win for local content.

All On’s contribution will be a blend of equity and debt investments that will facilitate the increase of Auxano’s capacity utilization by funding its expansion plans, covering facility relocation, and meeting the working capital financing needs of a rapidly growing company that is also involved in the sales and distribution of renewable energy components such as hybrid inverters and charge controllers.

The investment will also enhance the company’s services such as after-sales installation, management, and maintenance services of renewable power solutions to its customers.

The All On Hub will also provide development support, including functional and innovation support, business opportunity development, and investor/donor engagement.
