Chuks Umezulora is the Co-Founder & C.O.O at Auxano Solar.
Chuks Umezulora has over 13 years of experience in Solar PV Design & Installation across Nigeria and Africa.
Before Co-founding Auxano Solar, Chuks served as a founding member and Director of Chume Integrated Services Company Limited.
Before joining CISCL, he was a member of the technical team of Sky Resources Nigeria Ltd, one of the biggest pioneers of solar PV technology in Nigeria.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from Imo State University Owerri, Nigeria.
Investors & Funding Rounds
All-On
Shell-funded impact investment company All On has announced a $1.5m investment in Auxano Solar Nigeria Limited to scale its operations over the next five years.
All On is an independent impact investing company that works with partners to increase access to commercial energy products and services for unserved and underserved off-grid energy markets in Nigeria, with a special focus on the Niger Delta.
All On invests in off-grid energy solutions spanning solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and gas technologies deployed by both foreign and local access-to-energy companies that complement available grid power across Nigeria and help bridge its significant energy gap.
This investment would guarantee the expansion of Auxano’s solar panel assembly capacity by over 50 percent and is a great win for local content.
All On’s contribution will be a blend of equity and debt investments that will facilitate the increase of Auxano’s capacity utilization by funding its expansion plans, covering facility relocation, and meeting the working capital financing needs of a rapidly growing company that is also involved in the sales and distribution of renewable energy components such as hybrid inverters and charge controllers.
The investment will also enhance the company’s services such as after-sales installation, management, and maintenance services of renewable power solutions to its customers.
The All On Hub will also provide development support, including functional and innovation support, business opportunity development, and investor/donor engagement.
