The first pony is painted black in color. Some real ponies are black in color. Did you notice that the pony is in a rearing posture? Rearing occurs when a pony uses its hind legs to stand with its fore legs up in the air.
The pony in the image below is painted orange in color. Did you notice that the tail of the pony does not change color? The color of the tail is white and yes, there are white ponies.
Ponies are not baby horses but a smaller breed of horses.

Ponies look very similar to horses except they have much thicker hair and thicker tails. They also have shorter heads and legs compared to horses
