Let’s draw the dress top.
Step 1: Draw the dress top starting with a V-shaped neck.
Step 2: Draw the curves on both sides.
Step 3: Finally, draw the waist outline also in the V shape.

Step 4: Draw another V-shape below the waist outline. Join the ends on both sides.
