Processes
Their process varies depending on their client’s requirements. However, they will typically work with you as follows:
- They have a conversation with you to fully understand your requirements and, where necessary, customize a niche solution based on your request,
- They use their knowledge of the community to help you develop your brief to best communicate your opportunity and engage the relevant audience,
- They list your opportunity to their members via their website, and deploy highly targeted and catered email campaigns to reach relevant candidates and alert them to your opportunities,
- They can shortlist individuals and/or partners from the community and target them directly on your behalf as needed,
- They collect and provide you with data and insights to help you understand how members react to your brand and opportunities.
