RapidDeploy is an open and integrated response system that lets 9-1-1 centers of any size become data-centric businesses. When third-party data is easily added to RapidDeploy, it increases situational awareness and significantly reduces the time it takes for 9-1-1 calls to be answered.
This helps First Responders and Telecommunicators serve the public better. Cloud-native apps for 9-1-1 and public safety include apps for analytics, mapping, dispatching, and first responders.
With the change from voice-centered 911 centers to data-centered 911 centers, Telecommunicators and First Responders can always do their best work.
Therefore, customers may improve public safety by using the company’s software, which makes it easier to send help in an emergency by combining data from third parties and making it available at the right time and place.
RapidDeploy’s first responders, agencies, and telecommunicators have a combined experience of over 475 years in the field of public safety and as First Responders. They also have experience with how improvements to 9-1-1 can be made using data.
RapidDeploy is surprisingly the only open, complete cloud-native platform for public safety and 9-1-1 in the 21st century.
It is built on the stability and security of Microsoft Azure Government Cloud, which is the only cloud platform made just for federal, state, and local government agencies in the United States.
The Technology Used
According to G2 Stack, RapidDeploy uses 22 technology products and services, such as HTML5, Google Analytics, and jQuery.
RapidDeploy is now using 40 technologies on its website according to BuiltWith. These include Viewport Meta, iPhone/Mobile Compatible, and SPF.

After returning to his home nation of South Africa, he developed an interest in enhancing the efficiency of the emergency services that are available there.
As soon as he completed his training with the BAA, he went to work on the road and saw firsthand what factors were contributing to the slower performance of these teams.
It came as a surprise to him to learn that the system was riddled with ineffectiveness throughout.
He has worked with TomTom to use their technology to make a mobile platform that would shake up and make this low-tech industry of emergency response services better.
