Established in 1999 and co-founded by Hans Wencke and Martin Hetzner, Its headquarters are located in Cape Town with data center facilities in Samrand (Gauteng) and Newlands (Cape Town).

To get started, one needs to create an account with them. Registration provides access to your konsoleh control panel for ordering and managing your hosting services. konsoleh control panel is a proprietary control panel that provides the convenience of administering all your services with Xneelo from anywhere in the world via a web browser. Once logged in, one can choose and order the ideal hosting package and/or domain name. Xneelo provides options to transfer your domain or to a self-manage domain if one prefers to keep the domain registration with another provider

The company comes with several pricing plans that one can choose a website hosting package based on his or her business needs. The plans Include email accounts, unlimited traffic and SSD storage space for website files.
Prices are displayed in the South African currency, which means you’ll have to do a bit of calculations if you use different currencies to fully understand their offers.
